Troubleshooting Full Membership Issues in the Game

  1. Check your sign in name: Make sure you are signed in with the same account that you used to purchase the full membership. If you are not signed in with the correct account, you will not have access to the full features.  Sometimes folks will get signed into a guest account by mistake.
  2. Check the validity of your membership: Ensure that your membership has not expired. If your membership has expired, you will need to renew it to regain access to the full features of the game.  to do so, when you sign in, click on your name at the bottom of the screen and choose "view membership"
  3. Contact customer support: If you have confirmed that you are signed in with the correct account and your membership is still valid, it's possible that there may be a technical issue with the game or your device. In this case, you should contact the game's customer support for further assistance.
