To reset your rating click on your at the bottom left of the main menu and choose "view profile" then pick "game statistics".
Scroll down to the rating you want to reset and press the button.
note that this puts you back to a provisional rating status and you'll need to play 20 rated games to establish your new rating.
This does not reset all statistics about your account like dropped games.
